Free Standard Shipping is available on all orders over $60 AUD. Eligibility is based on the order total after discounts and is automatically applied at checkout when the minimum spend is met.

Mouth Tape — Important Safety Information

Do Not Use Mouth Tape If You:

• Are under 18 years of age, pregnant, or over 70 years of age.
• Have difficulty breathing through your nose or suffer from nasal congestion.
• Have asthma or any other chronic respiratory condition.
• Have obstructive sleep apnea (diagnosed or suspected).
• Have obesity with a BMI over 35.
• Have very low blood pressure.
• Have severe heart or breathing problems.
• Have a cold, sinus infection, or ear infection.
• Are at risk of vomiting, gastric emesis, or have swallowing difficulties.
• Have highly sensitive skin, severely chapped lips, or broken or non-intact skin around the mouth or nose.
• Have consumed alcohol, sedatives, sleep medications, or other intoxicants.
• Are unable to remove the tape independently.

Additional Mouth Tape Warnings

• Use of mouth tape during sleep may carry a risk of airway obstruction or breathing difficulties, which may be serious or life-threatening.
• Mouth tape is not suitable for everyone and should only be used after consulting a healthcare professional.

Adverse Reactions

• If you experience any adverse effects, including but not limited to difficulty breathing, chest pain, dizziness, nausea, or distress, remove the tape immediately and seek medical attention.

Nasal Strips — Important Safety Information

Do Not Use Nasal Strips If You:

• Have irritated, broken, sunburned, or sensitive skin on or around the nose.
• Experience skin irritation, redness, itching, or signs of an allergic reaction.
