At Breathr Supply, we take pride in offering quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.

1. Returns Eligibility

  • Our return policy is applicable to all Breathr Supply products purchased through our website only.
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery date.
  • Products must be unopened, unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging.

30-day trial eligibility

  • The trial applies only to eligible products clearly advertised as part of a 30-day trial offer.
  •  Only one 30-day trial claim is permitted per customer.
  • Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • Products must be returned with at least 50% of the original product contents remaining, along with all original components and packaging where reasonably possible.
  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is faulty or damaged.

2. Returns Process
To initiate a return or refund, please contact our friendly customer service team at hello@breathrsupply.com.au within the 30-day return period:

  • Provide your order number, item(s) you wish to return, reason for return and photos of the item (if faulty or damaged).
  • Once we receive your request, we will provide you with further instructions on how to return the item.
  • Please ensure that returned items are packaged properly.

3. Non-refundable Items

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products.
  • Sale and promotional items -  these items are not eligible for the 30 day trial unless stated otherwise.

4. Refunds

  • Refund: Once we have received and inspected the returned item(s), we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method, refunds may take up to 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
  • Exchange: Please specify your exchange request when contacting us, exchanges are based on availability.

5. Shipping Costs

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is faulty or damaged.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Faulty or Damaged Items
Our refund policy is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, we offer a refund, replacement, or repair for products that are faulty, damaged, or not as described. If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, please contact us and we’ll work to resolve the issue.

At Breathr Supply, we reserve the right to modify, update, or change our Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. We recommend that you review our Refund Policy regularly to stay informed of any updates.
